ElevenParis is a Parisian ready-to-wear brand with a street style. The brand is widely recognized for its urban edge, but that's not all! It's also easily recognizable thanks to its DNA: Life is Joke.

The Elevenparis brand reinvents itself !

ElevenParis made a name for itself with mustache t-shirts featuring various portraits of international celebrities. ElevenParis also offers accessories and shoes, as well as collections for men and children. The brand also enjoys creating capsule collections with other brands for a limited time, which are snapped up by its strong community as soon as they are released!

The challenge 

ElevenParis has a large, highly engaged community on the Tiktok social network. To go one step further, the team wants to accompany this audience on its e-commerce site, with the aim of considerably increasing website traffic. The brand has already carried out lives on Instagram, but would like to better evaluate its sales while offering this same type of experience to its community.

The solution 

The Eleven Paris brand wanted to work with LiveMeUp to create Lives on its e-commerce site, and respond to all of its various issues. Thanks to this solution, the brand could evaluate its sales and at the same time increase traffic to its website by inviting its community to stock up on new products.

With Live Shopping, ElevenParis takes its Tiktok concepts live on its e-commerce site. For its first Live, the brand invited its subscribers to take part in an extreme makeover to show which pieces were worn, with which accessories, and which pieces should be paired with certain outfits. Given the number of positive responses to this new concept presented by the brand, the Live experience was greatly appreciated by its young community and the entire brand team. Indeed, the team quickly realized that Live Shopping was actively helping to raise brand awareness.

The results 

ElevenParis achieves a very high engagement rate thanks to its young and dynamic communication on various media: Instagram reels, Tiktok video and Facebook stories. Live Shopping is a way for the team to communicate in real time with its fanbase.

For its first Live relooking, the brand achieved a conversion rate of 8% and an engagement rate of 32%, with an average of 10 messages and 15 likes per person during this first Live.
