Referral reward will be paid once the referred brand completes their third month of paid subscription, or pays annually. We pay the referral reward via bank transfer. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make.
Your referral works for an eCommerce store that ONLY uses Shopify and is interested in using Shoppable Videos and/or Live Shopping on their store.
Your referral is ideally the founder or the head of eCommerce at their company. Though, feel free to refer anyone: social manager, marketing manager etc.
Your referral is not a tiny store! They have enough monthly traffic, at least 20k unique viewers.
You need to refer a person outside of your own company. Referring a client is different from inviting a new user to an existing LiveMeUp account.
For obvious reasons, we are not going to pay a referral fee if we are actively talking to the brand about using LiveMeUp. When this happens, one of our team will let you know immediately. Unfortunately, stores who have been customers in the past twelve months will not be eligible to take part in this referral program.
